解决方法:

当我降级支持appcompat gradle依赖时,它起作用,如下所示：

implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:27.0.2'

以前是

implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:27.1.0'

要么

此外,只需添加支持设计依赖项即可解决此问题
版本27.1.0或更高版本的应用程序级别build.gradle如下：

implementation 'com.android.support:design:27.1.0'
