我在重组项目中的dll引用时遇到了这个问题.

我已将外部/第三部分dll从bin文件夹移动到Web项目根目录之外的库文件夹.

我的问题是一些dll引用没有将本地设置为true,因此它们从未被复制到构建时的bin文件夹.
