因为错误是基于Microsoft.Bcl.Async的最新版本在.NET 4.5中不起作用的事实，您可以尝试执行以下操作：

1)卸载 – 打包Microsoft.Bcl.Async -Force
2)Install-Package Microsoft.Bcl.Async -Version 1.0.16
