解决方法

确保您的项目定位为.net 4.5，所有引用都是有效的，并且Web AspNet.WebPages。*位于bin(Release / Debug)文件夹中。

您还可以尝试在包管理器控制台中使用此命令重新安装Microsoft.AspNet.WebPages nuget软件包
