如何解决Android 工具栏不可见

enter image description here我在第三个活动中创建了一个带有导航抽屉的工具栏。并且导航抽屉想要从选项中打开不同的活动。为此实现了以下代码。运行时它没有显示工具栏，但抽屉在左侧的切换开关上可用。 无法解决问题。
