解决方法

如果您运行的是 Debian，那么您只需要安装 geoip-bin 和 geoip-database，并且对于更新您安装 geoipupdate。它们都在标准的 apt 存储库中。 您不需要添加 maxmind 存储库。

apt install geoip-bin geoip-database geoipupdate
