使用前台服务时不触发地理围栏

如何解决使用前台服务时不触发地理围栏

当用户授予位置权限时，我正在调用 foregroundService。当用户在广播接收器中的地理围栏内部/外部时，我正在显示警报。当我在地理围栏内时，不会触发地理围栏。我已经检查了stackflow中的所有答案。但那些已经过时了。谁能告诉我这是什么问题。
