您可以看到除 RepositoryUrl 之外的所有属性都受到尊重，我不明白为什么。我试过把它移到一个独立的块中，一切都无济于事。有谁知道为什么这可能不起作用？我已经尝试使用 dotnet build 测试它并勾选构建包，botnet pack 似乎都没有向 nuspec 添加正确的属性。

我需要它才能将我的包放入 GitHub 包中。
