如何解决日本路线匹配

我在日本有地理点，我想路由匹配将此 GeoJSON 输入 https://tcs.ext.here.com/examples/v3/rme_basic

根据doc，需要“附加权利”，但我不知道需要什么。 GPS 位置（例如在欧洲）正在发挥作用。
