如何解决小米推送通知消息无法替换使用相同notify_id的NotificationManagerCompat创建的旧通知

在 notificationmanagerCompat 上，我创建了一个 ID 为 321 的通知

然后，我将通知保留在系统托盘上，并使用相同的 notify_id=321 负载通过 Mipush 发送通知。整个http post请求如下

预期行为： 由 notificationmanagerCompat 创建的旧通知应替换为 由小米推送创建的新通知，因为两个通知具有相同的通知 ID。

实际行为： 旧通知没有被替换。系统托盘中有两个通知。
