如何解决如何以编程方式自动回复 WhatsApp、Instagram 等通知

我一直在寻找可以找到合适的解决方案。我自己走到了这一步，不知道下一步该怎么做。

我正在 Android 9 Pie 上对此进行测试。

    }

但它返回此错误：
