如何解决Amazon chime list 私有应用程序实例通道错误

在 AWS Chime 中，尽管发出请求的用户是管理员，但尝试列出 PRIVATE 应用程序实例通道会出现权限错误。我错过了什么吗？

更新：似乎是这样，如果我首先将用户提升为管理员，然后创建频道，然后列表频道就起作用了……奇怪 (?)

这是我运行的命令序列：

创建应用实例：

aws chime create-app-instance --name test_app

然后创建一个用户：

aws chime create-app-instance-user --app-instance-arn <test_app arn> --app-instance-user-id 112233 --name xyz

然后创建了一个频道：

aws chime create-channel --app-instance-arn <test_app arn> --chime-bearer <xyz user arn> --name test_channel

然后让 xyz 用户成为管理员

aws chime create-app-instance-admin --app-instance-arn <test_app arn> --app-instance-admin-arn <xyz user arn>

最后调用以列出私人频道返回错误：

aws chime list-channels --app-instance-arn <test_app arn> --chime-bearer <xyz user arn> --privacy PRIVATE

>> An error occurred (ForbiddenException) when calling the ListChannels operation: You do not have sufficient access to perform this action.

调用 list-app-instance-admins 会返回用户 xyz 作为 AppInstanceAdmin...
