如何克服这种链依赖问题。？

虽然部署捆绑服务没有出现。而是在 karaf 控制台中出现上述错误

解决方法

OSGi 允许导出相同的包——只要版本号不同。在这种情况下，您有两个包导出相同的包+版本。

一个好的做法是将接口和异常放在一个bundle中（即service-api），然后消费者bundle和提供者bundle都可以导入这些包，但不需要让消费者直接依赖提供者.
