什么版本的 Prestashop？
错误很明显，缺少核心 Prestashop 文件：
/vendor/psr/log/Psr/Log/LogLevel.php
您必须通过从相同版本的 ZIP 中获取来恢复它。
我的两分钱：您正在恢复排除“log*”的备份，这导致包含单词 log 的文件无法备份...因此请检查其他所有内容是否完整！
