我只是在 Windows 64bts 的 Python 3.9 和 Linux 的 Python 3.8 64 上测试了安装，它出现了同样的错误。但我找到了解决方案。问题是那个版本的 python，我尝试在新的 python 版本 3.7.3 上通过虚拟机安装 bpy，用于 windows 64bts，并且运行良好。

关于包的规范告诉版本 Requires Python >=3.7,
