解决方法

这是因为最新的 Qiskit Aer (0.7.4,Qiskit meta 0.23.5) 是用 numpy 1.20.0 编译的,与旧版本的 numpy 不兼容。请参阅此问题:https://github.com/Qiskit/qiskit-aer/issues/1120 了解更多详情。

目前的解决方法是将您的 numpy 升级到 1.20.0。
