解决方法

我认为您应该执行以下操作；如果您使用的是 Windows，请尝试使用管理员访问权限运行以下命令，而在基于 linux 的系统上使用 sudo：

npm uninstall -g @angular/cli
npm cache clean --force

这些命令实际上会删除以前的安装，然后检查：

ng --version --> it should throw an error 

重新安装angular包：

npm install -g @angular/cli

然后再次检查您的版本：

ng --version
