我在 laravel 8 上安装 vue 时遇到了同样的错误。

其实就是像vue()一样在webpack.mix.js文件中添加内容。

将 vue() 替换为以下内容：

mix.js('resources/js/app.js','public/js')
.sass('resources/sass/app.scss','public/css');
