你现在正在做的好像是设置了一次Y,你需要创建一个循环来不断更新Y

带有条件 if playerY > screen_height: 的行实际上是一个注释:

## if playerY > screen_height:

所以你每帧都设置 playerX。它应该看起来更像这样:

if playerY > screen_height: # when out of screen
    playerX = random.randrange(0,screen_width) # new random X
    playerY = 0 # also reset y back to top
playerY += 10 # move
