我尝试了填充，但是可以使用，但是随后在较小的显示尺寸上图标的布局变得混乱。我希望还有另一种方法。

解决方法

问题在于底部导航视图与粘性沉浸式模式存在某种冲突。更改我实现全屏显示的方式可以解决此问题。
