如何解决docker build在“下载mariadb”时失败
执行'docker build -t $ name'。在以下问题上失败。它显示“找不到mariadb_config”，但我已经在此suse15 linux服务器上安装了mariadb。

解决方法
在运行pip3 install之前，您需要在Dockerfile中安装MariaDB Connector / C。将其安装在主机上并没有帮助。
就像@Jonathan Jacobson所写的那样，您需要在Docker映像中安装MariaDB连接器，然后再继续进行pip install。
由于python:3.6.5基于debian Stretch，因此那里提供的连接器是2.3.2，mariadb模块不支持（如prerequisites中所述）。要解决此问题，您可能需要切换到其他图片（例如3.6克星）。
