解决方法
在您的main_activity.xml中，对于片段android:layout_above="@id/nav_view"，这是错误的，它用于RelativeLayout。而是使用app:layout_constraintBottom_toTopOf="@id/nav_view"。这将解决您的第二个问题（由于底部导航，第二个问题也不完全可见）。
将您的ScrollView更改为NestedScrollView。
在您的Cardview内容中，您不需要ConstraintLayout，LinearLayout作为根元素就足够了（删除ConstraintLayout，因为您没有使用平面视图层次结构的功能）。而且，如果您可以将LinearLayout背景移到MaterialCardView的背景，那么您也不需要LinearLayout。
对于您的回收站视图，可以通过xml或代码将nestedScrollingEnabled设置为false。试试这些，它将解决您的问题。
