如何解决白名单隐式广播接收器不起作用

我已经在清单中注册了一个隐式广播接收器，以便在连接或断开蓝牙耳机时得到通知。

此外，我不想创建一个始终保持运行状态以使广播接收器正常工作的后台服务。
