番石榴RateLimiter延迟后不应用节流

如何解决番石榴RateLimiter延迟后不应用节流

我一直在玩番石榴RateLimiter,发现它在延迟之后(如果rateLimiter在一段时间内未使用)不会立即应用节流。

下面是示例代码

        RateLimiter rateLimiter = RateLimiter.create(1);
        
        System.out.println("#1 Before delay waitTime= "+  rateLimiter.acquire());
        System.out.println("#2 Before delay waitTime= "+  rateLimiter.acquire());

想知道为什么延迟后的前两次尝试(上面以粗体突出显示)没有节流(waitTime = 0.0)
