如何解决无法使用已定义通用类型的协议

如果我已经定义T中的String是SomeUseCaseProtocol类型的话，我似乎无法理解为什么会出现此错误。有什么解决方法吗？

}

protocol SomeUseCaseProtocol: UseCase where T == String { }

class SomeClass {
