类似的问题发生在我身上！我发现你有两个版本的jekyll,jekyll(3.1.1,3.0.3),这导致了这种现象.
所以卸载一个：
首先运行gem卸载jekyll,

gem uninstall jekyll
   Select gem to uninstall:
     1. jekyll-3.0.3
     2. jekyll-3.1.2
     3. All versions
    > 2
    Successfully uninstalled jekyll-3.1.2

然后运行Jekyll服务.
