macOS change default shell from zsh to bash All In One

$  cat /etc/shells

# one of these shells.

/bin/bash
/bin/csh
/bin/dash
/bin/ksh
/bin/sh
/bin/tcsh
/bin/zsh

# 切换 shell
$ chsh -s /bin/bash           

$ chsh -s /bin/zsh
