四、编写SpringMVC框架
首先需要在web.xml文件中进行配置:一、配置前端控制器,初始化配置文件(springmvc.xml),二、使用过滤器解决中文乱码,三、监听器是为了扫描spring配置文件(applicationContext.xml)从而进行与SpringMVC的整合
