如何解决Azure 在 kudu 服务 (webapp) 上执行纱线 - 无法识别“纱线”

在 azure 部署中，我使用以下命令直接在 webapp 服务器上执行 yarn install：

npm install -g yarn   && yarn install --skip-integrity-check

问题是这行得通，有时却行不通。好像有时候找不到yarn。我想不通，为什么有时它可以工作，然后就停止工作。

我是否必须使用纱线的完整路径？ D:\local\AppData\npm\yarn
