解决方法

好的，今天我终于修复了它，我想这是由于防病毒更新引起的（我不确定）。我安装了Bitdefender，并且WAMP在安装后可以正常工作，但是几天后，此错误开始出现。为了解决这个问题，我卸载了WAMP并禁用了防病毒软件，然后再次安装了WAMP Server。现在，它可以完美运行了！希望能有所帮助：）
