解决方法

发生这种情况是因为 Juju 希望以普通用户而不是 root 身份使用 juju 命令。从 /tmp/juju-store-lock* 中删除本地文件并重试应该可以解决此问题。

顺便说一句，juju 使用原始用户执行 try and chown the permissions 锁定文件，但似乎这并不总是完美的。
