Python波束搜索Keras LSTM模型生成相同的序列

我正在使用Keras在python中使用图像字幕系统,当使用argmax搜索时,我得到了合理的结果(~0.58 bleu_1得分和句子非常多样化).

然而,当我尝试光束搜索时,每个图像都得到几乎相同的句子.

我使用的FixedCapacityHeap是:

问题是使用光束搜索生成的字幕对于每个图像几乎是相同的(例如:’缩放一个’,’缩放a是”,’缩放a’是’),而argmax版本(只是在每个时间步骤中获取具有最高概率的令牌)能够实际产生好的字幕.我已经坚持了很长时间了.我尝试了不同的实现(使用beam_seach调用计算每个图像的标题,而不是一次计算所有图像)我还尝试了softmax温度参数(这是LSTM在预测中有多自信) ,但这些似乎都没有解决问题,所以任何想法都值得赞赏.
